On the outskirts of the town of Amboise, Le Choiseul is composed of three residences (18th century) whose rooms have a view over the gardens and the Loire. In the restaurant, overlooking the river or the gardens, the cuisine is light, delicate, subtly local and has won commendations in the guides. Open-air heated swimming pool (open from 1st May to 30th September). Our cellar holds more than 15,000 bottles. The Loire region is well represented but you can also find Pétrus and Richebourg.

The park includes many rare species, in particular two unique centennial magnolias, a huge sycamore and, sitting imposingly and overlooking the park, a Lebanon cedar that witnessed, without a doubt, the French Revolution of 1789.
