Saint-Etienne-of-Rouvray, located between the Seine and the national forest of Rouvray, is the fifth town of Seine-Maritime. Rouen, not far from the hotel, is Normandy's capital and stretches proudly along the banks of the Seine, Flaubert immortalised the town in Madame Bovary ; Victor Hugo called it town of a hundred bells pealing out in the air.
