Just a few footsteps away is the Marina Corta square, a fishermen's port and hydrofoil berth, and only 2 minutes on foot brings one to the little Portinente beach. Shopping is but 3 minutes away, found amongst the boutiques and small, colourful shops. For a little culture, instead, one may take a 5 minute trip to visit the Castle of Lipari, with its museum, archaeological park and cathedral with an accompanying cloister.

It is located in a quiet, central part of the town in the archaeological area of Contrada Diana, 50 metres from the main street and 300 metres from the port, an ideal spot in which to spend a pleasant, restful holiday enjoyng the sun and sea. The light, airy rooms have shower with hydro-massage and balcony or terrace and are equipped with hair dryer, magnifying make-up mirror, direct-line telephone, individual air-conditioning,Sat Colour Tv, minibar and safe. In a cool Mediterranean garden a generous, varied breakfast is served amidst hibiscus and bouganvillea and the scent of orange and lemon blossom. A large veranda with maxi Sat TV screen, a spacious conservatory, and a well-run bar serving delicious cold snacks, comprise the lounge area. The hotel is personally managed by the owners; fascinating Aeolian pictures and artefacts, a veritable museum in themselves, line the walls and these, together with the characteristic Aeolian courtesy and friendliness, create a very special attractive and welcoming atmosphere. WE have 38 rooms, and a suite provided with all comforts, all with sea views, each with bathroom supplied with hydro massage system and private terrace, Internet point, TV satellite system, safe, air conditioning and heating, no smoking. We provide parking and a garage, a panoramic breakfast room , swimming pool, and a laundry service.

The building has an inviting bar and sun therapy terraces. The furnishing and colouring, typically aeolian and Mediterranean, give the hotel an unique solar aspect.
