The Villa retains unchanged many of its original characteristics: large fireplaces, walls docorated with murals, ancient terracotta floors, and period furnishing. Another pleasant day begins: the buffet awaits our guests with sweet and savoury delights. Dont worry about any dropped crumbs: the birds that sing in the gardens will appreciate them. Our chef Antonio Bondi lends his creativity and finesse to the delights of traditional cooking, with the joys of a cantina rich with 200 selected Umbrian wines. Every evening at Monte Solare is a magical evening: a concert, wine tasting, an evening spent discovering the local area or simply a walk under a sky brimming with stars. </p>
