<p>This delightful villa has been recently renovated and decorated to a high standard to provide comfortable B&B accommodation in a central location. It is situated overlooking one of the marinas in Siracusa. As well as the six B&B rooms, which have been tastefully decorated and furnished, it also offers a communal lounge,a solarium terrace overlooking the sea and access to the sea. Six comfortable rooms on the Ionian Sea, air conditioning, minibar, satellite TV and Internet ADSL. The main entrance on the ground floor leads directly into a large open plan lounge furnished sofas, occasional seating and a table and chairs. The windows from the room offer sea views and access to a large balcony. A staircase leads up to the terrace on the first floor, which has been furnished with sun chairs, sun loungers and sun shade. There are further steps leading down to the B&B accommodation or alternatively there is a lift service. </p>
