Our hotel is a very intersting place to stay, since it gives the tourist the opportunity to visit the most beautiful city of the world without spendind a huge amount of money. Indeed our interest is to sell as more as we can by imposing fees which are competitive if compared to those of other venice Hotels. Our room are well furnished, they supply air conditioning, tv, telephone, restroom with shower or bath (private bathroom inside or ourside, or sharing bathroom on the floor) and hairdryer, balcony. They are distributed on four floors (without lift at the moment). We are now building the breakfast room, in order to make your holiday in Venice better and better (it should be ready during September). Before the end of this year (2004), we also hope to install a new facility (SAUNA). It's the right place for people who want to discover our city by spending their night in a very quiet street, which is at the same time only a couple of meters far from the railstation and the road called 'Lista di Spagna', a road full of life and amusement.

Everything in the large house (the halls, the rooms, the quiet workrooms) is created for the enjoyment of the guest in an atmosphere of the refined grace of Venice. In this restaurant you will find excellent cuisine, including regional dishes, to enhance an evening amongst friends.

It is a completely restored house in liberty style dating from the beginning of the twentieth century. In just ten minutes by boat you can reach the famous St. Marks Square. Villa Angelica offers its guests four double bedrooms, a triple bedroom and one single bedroom, all of them with private bath (with shower and hair-drier), TV sat., telephone, mini bar, modem plug and air conditioning. The furnishings are classic and refined, the lighting is made of shells and glass and is a mixture of Venetian and Oriental style. You can have your continental breakfast in your bedroom or when the weather is warm enough, in the luxurious garden surrounding the villa. If you are fond of sport, a few steps from the villa there is the renowned Lido beach and in the vicinity a riding-school, a boat-racing centre, tennis courts, the famous golf and other sports facilities. We have bicycles at our guests disposal in order to get around easily and take in the relaxed atmosphere that Lido offers. In the garden there are toys and two swings for our smaller guests.
