| S'Olivaret has been witness, from the Moslem invasion to our days, of great epic that has made the history of Majorca. It also has a heated indoor swimming pool, outdoor pool, paddleball-tennis court in a natural setting for hiking, cycling and golf. Es Lledoner Restaurant, named after the 100 year old tree presiding the main entrance, serves hot and cold buffet breakfasts, ā la carte lunches and dinners and a selection of menus drawn up by our Chef. Here we create an up-to-date cuisine based fundamentally on traditional methods and Mediterranean cuisine, using fresh natural market products which serve as the basis of its flavour, balance and surprising originality. |
